Gigs 2020

It’s not going to take much to remember the gigs of 2020!!

In the UK and on March 23rd, we were put into lockdown because of a worldwide pandemic called Coronavirus (COVID-19). To date, it has caused thousands of deaths, hospitalisations and businesses are suffering from being closedown and people in isolation and being forced to work from home, being furloughed or worse, losing jobs.

At the time of writing we are working from home and being treated really well by our companies, but are not supposed to venture out apart from for essentials and exercise…..it is truly a strange time.

I’ve failed to see any live music this year and have had the two major events we were due to go to, cancelled. Glastonbury and also Kasabian, both in June.

We don’t know as yet when or if anything will take place in 2020, but it is most important we all remain as safe as possible, so gigs will have to wait for now.

I hope you can find some of interest from past write ups and we still have CDs and downloads of music to remind us of the good times – as well as the new phenomonem of Facebook live gigs for willing artists to keep us and them amused.
